Brake for construction crane machine

* The brake action is flexible and reliable, the adjustment should be tight and moderate, no cracks, the spring has no plastic deformation.

* When the brake wheel is released, the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel should be substantially equal. The brake belt opening (one side) should be ≤ 1 mm and the lift should be ≤ 0.7 mm.

* The brake friction surface of the brake wheel shall not have any defects that impede the braking performance, and shall not be contaminated with oil or paint.

* The unevenness of the wheel surface roughness should be <1.5 mm. The thickness of the wheel flange of the lifting mechanism should be less than 40% of the original thickness. The wear thickness of the wheel flange of other mechanisms is less than 50% of the original thickness.

* For the construction crane machines that carry hot metal, flammable or explosive dangerous goods or may cause significant danger, the lifting mechanism shall be equipped with two sets of brakes.
