Electric bridge crane track technical and guidance

Electric bridge cranes are equipped with corresponding rails, which are usually made of steel and have their own length. They need to be connected when laying, the connection method is determined according to the specifications of the electric bridge crane, which is convenient for the whole machine or trolley to run.

There are many heavy fittings in the joints of the rails, such as bolts, nuts, spring washers, etc., as well as splints. Rail joints require welding and may be dangerous during use if the rails are not welded. At the same time, the bolts must be secured.

In general, the rail joints need to be treated accordingly, which make the crane or trolley achieve smooth running even when encountering resistance or turbulence through the track.
