Gantry crane safety operation requirements

1. Do not use the lifting limiter as the brake;

2. Do not operate the opposite direction at the same time;

3. Should not inspect and maintain during the lifting operation of the gantry crane;

4. Strictly operat in accordance with the command signal, the emergency stop signal, no matter who sent it, must be executed immediately;

5. When gantry cranes have defects and damages, should be repaired immediately;

6. Do not overload, do not lift objects with unclear weight and may overload, and do not lift the objects buried in the ground. Do not slant lift during operation;

7. When the power is suddenly cut off during operation, all controllers should be reset to zero and the main power supply should be turned off. Before re-working, should check whether the gantry crane is normal;

8. After working, the gantry crane should be anchored; the gantry crane which is used in the open-air should stop working when the wind is greater than 6 levels.
