Precautions when purchasing wire rope electric hoist

First, the motor power

The motor used for different wire rope electric hoists may be not same, for example, the 10t electric hoist motor may also be 13KW or 7.5KW, can choose according to different needs.

Second, the lifting height

Wire rope electric hoist as a lifting tool, should first choose the lifting height according to the plant height, the conventional lifting height is 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30m, special occasions can be customized according to user requirements design.

Third, the lifting speed

General wire rope electric hoist lifting speed is divided into single speed (8m/min) and double speed (8/0.8m/min), if no special requirements, generally use single-speed electric hoist (ie CD1 type), if  working condition requires precise positioning, should choose double speed electric hoist (MD1 type).

Fourth, the voltage

Wire rope electric hoist is widely used, so the voltage used by the electric hoist is not the same, there are 220V civil power, 380V and even non-standard power supplies, such as 440V, 60HZ, 380V, 50/60HZ.
