The crane machine wire rope

Wire rope is an important force component of lifting crane machine equipment. When the steel wire rope is close to the scrap standard, it needs to be replaced. When the wire rope appears in one of the following situations, it must be replaced the one one:

1. The diameter of the wire rope is reduced by 7% or more than the original diameter;

2. The wire rope entire strand is broken;

3. The elasticity is weakened, not easy to bend;

4. The internal corrosion of the wire rope is serious;

5. The wire rope is knotted and twisted seriously;

6. The external corrosion of the wire rope is obvious and the steel wire is slack;

7. The rope core is damaged, there is a serious bending of the wire rope.
