The crane machines quality testing

Crane machines are widely used in workshops, warehouses, material yards, etc. in machinery manufacturing workshops, petroleum, petrochemical, port, railway, power station, papermaking, building materials, electronics, etc., with advantage of compact structure, low headroom, light weight, small wheel pressure, etc.

1. Visual inspection: Check whether the specifications and status of all important parts meet the requirements;

2. No-load test: After turning the various mechanisms without jamming, the various mechanisms should be able to operate normally, the limit switches can work reliably, and the trolley drive wheels are in full contact on the track;

3. Static load test: The purpose of the static load test is to verify the structural load carrying capacity of the crane machine and its components; the static load test of each lifting mechanism should be carried out separately. Before the main hook is subjected to the static load test, the unload trolley should be parked in the middle of the span to set the reference point;

4. Dynamic load test: The purpose of the dynamic load test is to verify the functions of the crane machine mechanisms and brakes. The dynamic load test of each mechanism should be carried out separately and then combined test run.
